AYSA Execution
Action History
Action history is a chronological record of material events associated with an SEO action, from preparation through any execution attempt and observed result.
What it means
A useful entry identifies the event type, time, actor or system, target, proposal version, attempt result and correlation identifier. The history explains what was recorded then; it does not replace a fresh read of the current website.
Why it matters
Keeping prepared, queued, applied, failed and verified events separate lets reviewers reconstruct an operational sequence without inferring that an approval caused execution or that a successful request produced the intended public outcome.
Example
A title update can show prepared at 10:02, approved at 10:11, attempted at 10:14, saved by WordPress at 10:14 and verified on the rendered page at 10:16.
Common mistakes
Do not overwrite earlier events, call an approval an execution, omit failed attempts, expose secrets in event payloads or describe an ordinary database log as immutable evidence.
How AYSA handles this
Signals reviewed
event type, event time, proposal version, target object, attempt result, correlation ID
Problem AYSA can identify
AYSA can expose a supported workflow item whose recorded events stop before execution, contain a failed attempt or lack a later verification event.
Recommendation prepared
The workflow can request the missing decision, retry assessment or destination verification while preserving the earlier event sequence.
Approval preview
The reviewer sees the exact proposal and relevant preceding events without receiving credentials or unrelated payload data.
Execution
For supported approved WordPress changes, AYSA can record the bounded attempt and destination response as events distinct from the approval.
Verification
AYSA can append a fresh observation of the saved value or rendered result and correlate it with the attempted action.
Limits
A history record is not automatically immutable, does not establish causation and cannot by itself certify AI Act or other legal compliance.

Quick answers
Frequently asked questions
Does action history prove that a change is still live?
No. It records earlier events; current state needs a fresh destination or rendered-page check.
Is action history the same as approval history?
No. Approval history records human decisions, while action history records preparation, attempts and observed execution results.
