AYSA Execution

Execution Plan

An execution plan is an ordered specification of SEO actions, dependencies, owners, approval gates, success checks and recovery paths.

What it means

Unlike an audit list, the plan states how each action can move from evidence to completion. Unlike an Apply Queue, it may include manual, blocked and future work that is not yet authorized.

Why it matters

Dependencies matter because changing a canonical, internal links and sitemap entries in the wrong order can create conflicting signals even when each individual recommendation appears correct.

Example

A migration plan validates redirect destinations first, schedules canonical and internal-link updates next, updates the sitemap last and assigns a crawl check before closure.

Common mistakes

Do not treat every recommendation as ready, omit manual owners, hide irreversible dependencies or measure completion by tasks attempted instead of conditions verified.

How AYSA handles this

Signals reviewed

validated issue, dependency graph, assigned owner, approval state, success check

Problem AYSA can identify

AYSA can flag a proposed owned-site sequence with unresolved prerequisites, conflicting targets or missing verification conditions.

Recommendation prepared

The plan separates supported automated work, review decisions and manual handoffs while preserving their dependency order.

Approval preview

Users see affected URLs, action order, owners, exact proposed values, expected checks and consequences of skipping a dependency.

Execution

AYSA can move approved supported WordPress actions from the plan into controlled execution; unsupported tasks remain explicit handoffs.

Verification

AYSA records each observed result and blocks dependent transitions when the required condition is absent.

Limits

A plan cannot supply external authority, guarantee third-party timing or convert every recommendation into an automatically executable action.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

How does an execution plan differ from an SEO audit?

An audit identifies evidence and problems; an execution plan adds sequencing, ownership, authorization, validation and recovery.

Does every item in an execution plan enter the apply queue?

No. Manual, blocked, rejected or unsupported work can remain in the plan without becoming an executable queue item.
