Query Pack
A query pack is an AYSA operating label for a versioned collection of related search queries, questions and prompts evaluated together for one business topic.
What it means
The pack records each input's source, audience, intent, locale, platform, owner and expected evidence. It can combine observed Search Console queries with approved research questions and synthetic test cases, but those origins must remain distinguishable.
Why it matters
A stable collection makes Monitoring repeatable and keeps teams from reacting to one memorable prompt. It also exposes gaps in the sample, such as missing comparison, eligibility, local or post-purchase questions.
Example
A clinic pack contains ten observed Google queries, five support questions and five synthetic safety checks; every item is tagged by source and run under the same documented monthly protocol.
Common mistakes
Do not call `query pack` a universal search standard, mix observed demand with generated tests without labels or publish one page for every entry. A pack is evidence for research and evaluation, not a content-production quota.
How AYSA handles this
Signals reviewed
input text, source type, intent label, locale, pack version
Problem AYSA can identify
AYSA can flag packs dominated by invented variations, duplicate intent or undocumented inputs.
Recommendation prepared
The proposal adds, removes or relabels specific entries while preserving the pack's evaluation purpose.
Approval preview
The user reviews every changed input, its origin and the reason it belongs in the pack.
Execution
AYSA can maintain approved monitoring packs; it does not automatically create pages from pack entries.
Verification
AYSA checks version history, input provenance and the configured monitoring run after approval.
Limits
A query pack cannot represent all demand or prove platform-wide visibility from a small sample.
